Service Description
Celebrations at The Bluebird are designed with children and their caregivers in mind. While we create an adorable party experience around the theme of your choosing, you can relax and know that your party will be decorated from the table decor to the place settings, the birthday signage welcoming guests, and the custom craft made to match your party, as well as as a party game, all celebrating your child. We can acomodate up to 14 children, including the birthday child, and this includes play in our imaginative play studio. Birthday parties at The Bluebird are a magical memory for your child and a day you'll enjoy instead of stress over. Let us help you make your celebration the best day ever.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking your party at The Bluebird Social! We can't wait to celebrate with you! Here are a few things to know. Food and Drink: Bluebird will provide a table for your items during the party. Please note we will not be able to heat or keep items cold. Please plan accordingly. Please note that the Bluebird provided plates, utensils, cups, etc. will only be for the kid’s table. You will need to provide the supplies for the adults. Trash cans are provided for your use. Please get all trash bagged. We will clean up and take out the trash after your event. Please pour out liquids in the sink in the restroom before disposing of cups in the trash. Décor: Bluebird will decorate the table to include tablecloth, plates, napkins, cups, utensils, and tabletop décor. If you would like to bring balloons you may do so. They must be attached to a weight or tied down and may not be tacked to the wall. Arrival/Leaving: All guests should enter through the front doors and complete a waiver if not completed online prior to arrival. We ask that play areas are straightened up with toys returned to the play areas before the party ends. We don’t expect perfection as there is no way that you can know where everything goes! Our staff will most likely need to leave promptly or set up for another event after your time is completed. Please be mindful of the party end time agreed upon for your event. Some guests find it helpful to set an alarm on their phone. Staff will arrive to clean, or you will be given a key upon arrival to lock up after your party. Provided Craft: Part of your party rental includes a themed craft. Please note that everything needed for the craft will be on the craft table, and only the items provided are for use. Crafts and all craft supplies are to be kept at the craft table. We share the first floor and bathroom with another business. Areas marked private are not for use by patrons of The Bluebird Social. Children should be supervised, and no child should be left alone at anytime during the party. Please do not allow children to climb on bookshelves or play areas. Thank you. By booking your event with us you agree to the above-mentioned terms of use. Refunds of up to $150 are available when booking is cancelled within 24 hours of party. $50 booking fee is non-refundable.
